Find your off switch.

Mornings in the Andalucían hills, long brunches in the sun, afternoons that are entirely yours, and evenings that finally send you to sleep. Move as much or as little as you like. The point was never the workout. It's the rest.

Sound familiar?

You're not tired. You're depleted.

Always on, never quite present.

You rest, but you don't recover.

You can't remember the last time your head felt properly clear.

Five days where nobody needs a thing from you. Just space to move, breathe, sleep properly, and hear yourself think again.

This was never about getting fit. It's about getting your head straight, and remembering what "off" feels like.

Two ways in

Two roads out of your head.

However you're wired, there's a way in. Burn it off or let it go; both roads end up in the same place: a quieter head and a proper night's sleep. Follow one all week, or swap whenever you feel like it.

Out into the hills

Hike, explore, or a cold plunge in the waterfall.

Go long & fast, or wander & wonder

Gather

Some afternoons we gather, after the hills when everyone's loosened up, for some games, connection or a workshop. Come if you fancy it.

18:00

Dinner

Everyone back to the table together.

Evening

Wind down

Yin and Yoga Nidra by the fire, so you actually sleep.

Just an example, no two days are the same. The shape shifts with the group, the weather and how everyone's feeling, and there's always more space than schedule.

Daisy

Yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator & trauma-informed space holder

For years I ran on pure adrenaline, three jobs, two businesses, and I'd feel guilty taking a rest day even on holiday. I'd land somewhere beautiful and spend the first few days ill or flat out asleep, because that was the only way my body could force me to stop. Yoga was where I first learned to switch off on purpose rather than collapse, and it wasn't the stretching that hooked me, it was the headspace. Since I made room for it, I'm stronger, I've got more energy, and I actually come home from a trip feeling better instead of wrecked. This is the holiday I wish I'd known to take years ago.

Exploring is where I really switch off, my phone and my brain, and reset. Getting deep into nature and out on a long hike gives me a proper dopamine hit, and it's when my ideas, motivation and gratitude all come flooding back. I run a gym, so all week I'm holding everyone else's energy, and nature is the one place my mind actually goes quiet. That's exactly what I want to give people here, the active days that leave you charged instead of sluggish, and the kind of reset you can't get without stepping right out of normal life.

Poolside at the finca
You'll be in good company

Come alone. Leave with friends.

One of the biggest worries people have about booking a retreat is whether they'll know anyone. The truth is, most people arrive feeling exactly the same.

What starts as shared meals quickly becomes shared stories, and conversation that goes well beyond small talk. Strangers become the people you're laughing with by the pool, exploring villages with, and still texting long after the retreat ends.

If you're after a small group of like-minded people who value movement, rest and real connection, you'll fit right in.

And after

You don't leave it all behind.

This isn't five good days and then straight back to frazzled. You go home with a few simple things to keep it going: a daily breath practice for your head and your training, a short mobility routine you can actually fit into a normal week, and some easy healthy habits that stick. Plus a little goody bag and some healthy bits to see you off.

Your place covers all five days: every meal, every session on both tracks, guided hikes, runs and wild swims, airport transfers, the tools to take home, and two coaches for just thirteen of you. Everything but your flights and the odd massage.

Come with a friend

Most people do. Book a twin with someone you know, share a room, and you'll each get a complimentary massage on us, plus a little something on arrival. The easiest way in, and you both save the worry of who you're rooming with.

Twin beds, not a shared bed. You'll always have your own bed, and we'll only ever room you with someone of the same sex unless you're booking together.
£585 deposit (twin) or £390 (triple) secures your place. It's non-refundable.
Balance due 26 September 2026. Spread it: pay a deposit now, then instalments up to the balance date.
Prefer your own room? A limited number of private rooms are available for a supplement. Just ask when you enquire.

Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking. Reserving takes you there to read and agree before you pay your deposit. Once your deposit's in, we'll be in touch within the day with your welcome pack and everything you need. Places are limited, and we close bookings once we're full, or by 26 September at the latest.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

I don't love the idea of sharing a room.+
That's fair enough, and you won't be thrown in with a stranger. Once you book, we send you a short form about your sleep habits and preferences (early riser or night owl, light or heavy sleeper, tidy or relaxed) and we match roommates carefully from that. We also set up a group chat before the retreat, so you'll get to know everyone, and your roommate, well before you arrive. It's always a twin, so you'll have your own bed, and we only ever room people of the same sex unless you book together. Would you rather have your own space entirely? A limited number of private rooms are available for a supplement, just ask. Or bring a friend to share, and you'll both get a massage out of it.
Is this actually for men?+
Yes. Half the week is trail runs, hill hikes, conditioning and cold water. Come to train hard and swim in waterfalls, come to breathe and lie still, or do both on different days. It's built for men and women who want to choose their own intensity.
What if I'm not very fit? What if I'm very fit?+
Both are welcome, because every session scales. The morning movement, the hikes, the conditioning: all of it comes gentle or hard, and you decide on the day. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.
What am I really paying for?+
Picture the version of you that comes home. Sleeping through the night. Calm in your own skin. Clearer than you've been in months, and actually present with the people you love. That's what you're paying for, and there's no price tag on it. It lasts a lot longer than the tan. And the honest bit: if this were for someone else in your life, you wouldn't think twice, you'd find the money in a heartbeat. This is the rare time it gets to be for you. Everything else is handled: where you stay, every meal, every session, every hike and swim. You just turn up and let the five days unfold at your own pace.
What's the food like?+
Organic and locally grown, cooked fresh, and shared around one long table. Brunch mid-morning and dinner in the evening. Let us know about dietary needs when you book.
I'd be coming on my own. Is that okay?+
More than okay, it's how most people come. Small numbers, shared meals and the group sessions mean you'll know everyone by the second day. Plenty of people arrive on their own and leave with friends.
I've never done yoga or breathwork. Will I feel out of my depth?+
Not at all. None of it assumes any experience, and none of it is compulsory. Come and try, sit one out, or take yourself off to the pool. There's genuinely no right way to do the week.
How do I get there?+
The nearest airport is Málaga, around 45 minutes from the finca. Once you book we send full travel details and coordinate everyone's arrival, and transfers to and from the finca are included as long as you land around the same time as the group. If you'd rather arrive on a different day or at an odd hour, you're very welcome to, you'd just sort your own transfer for that leg.
What's the weather like, and what should I pack?+
November in Andalucía is usually mild and bright by day and cooler once the sun drops. Think layers, trainers for the trails, something warm for the evenings, and swimwear for the pool and the odd cold plunge. We'll send a full packing list nearer the time.
What if I book and then can't come?+
Your deposit secures your place and is non-refundable, and the balance is due by 26 September 2026. We'd always recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, just in case life gets in the way.
