Availability and Spaces

This retreat is limited to 13 guests. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit.

• Twin shared rooms — 10 spaces (5 rooms, 2 guests per room). Twin rooms can be configured as 2 single beds or 1 double bed on request.
• Triple shared room — 3 spaces (1 room, 3 guests). All beds are single beds.
• All rooms share 3 bathrooms between guests.

Room allocation will be confirmed following the booking form, which will be sent after your deposit is received. We will do our best to accommodate room-sharing preferences but cannot guarantee specific pairings. We will only ever room you with someone of the same sex unless you are booking together.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are per person and include the full retreat programme as described on the retreat page.

• Twin shared room — £1,950 per person
• Triple shared room — £1,300 per person
• Private room — on request, supplement applies

Payment is accepted via the Monzo payment links provided. If you have any payment queries please contact us directly.

Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your place:

• Cancel before 26 September 2026 — your deposit is forfeited. No further amount is owed.
• Cancel on or after 26 September 2026 — the full retreat fee is non-refundable, as costs will have been committed on your behalf.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers trip cancellation to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with our agreement, provided the replacement guest accepts these terms and conditions. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to do this.

Cancellation by Hosts

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, we will notify all guests as soon as possible and offer either:

• A full refund of all payments made, including deposit, within 14 days
• The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat date

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, including flights, travel insurance or other expenses. This is why we strongly recommend booking flexible travel arrangements and taking out travel insurance.

What's Included and Excluded

Your retreat fee includes:

• 4 nights accommodation at Tierra Cósmica (18–22 November 2026)
• All yoga, breathwork and movement sessions across both tracks
• Guided hikes, trail runs and wild swims
• Daily brunch and dinner, plus snacks and refreshments throughout
• All group and community activities and workshops
• Use of the pool, studio, gardens and grounds
• Airport transfers for guests arriving around the same time as the group
• Bed linen and towels

Not included:

• Flights and travel to and from Spain
• Travel insurance
• On-site massage treatments (bookable separately and paid direct)
• Transfers for guests arriving or departing outside group travel times
• Personal spending and any optional excursions outside the programme

Health, Fitness and Accessibility

All movement sessions are designed to be accessible to every level. No prior yoga or fitness experience is required. Sessions are trauma-informed and you will never be pushed beyond your comfort.

By booking this retreat you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in movement sessions and optional outdoor activities including hiking, trail running and cold-water swimming.

You must inform us before arrival of any injuries, health conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy or medical considerations that may affect your participation. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Tierra Cósmica is a rural property with uneven surfaces, steps, slopes and outdoor paths. Please consider this if you have mobility requirements.

We are not medical professionals and the retreat does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, please consult your doctor before booking.

Travel Insurance

We are not liable for any costs arising from your failure to hold adequate travel insurance.

Behaviour and Community

This retreat is built on mutual respect, trust and care for each other. We ask all guests to treat fellow guests, hosts and the venue with consideration.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, harmful or inconsistent with the values of the retreat. In such cases no refund will be given.

Guests are expected to observe the house rules of Tierra Cósmica, including:

• Quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00
• No toilet paper or personal hygiene items in any toilet — bins only
• No candles or incense inside bedrooms
• No glass in the studio or pool area
• No fires or unattended flames — fires are prohibited by Spanish law between May and November
• Air conditioning and lights to be switched off when leaving your room

Photography and Social Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for use on social media and future marketing. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let us know before or on arrival and we will respect your wishes completely.

If you share content from the retreat on your own social media, please be mindful of other guests and ask their permission before sharing images in which they appear.

Liability

Daisy (Yoga Dais) and Sami (HOP) take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests during the retreat. However, participation in all activities is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your participation in retreat activities, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under law.

We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the retreat. Please take care of your own valuables.

Tierra Cósmica as a venue operates independently and is not responsible for the retreat programme or participant care.

Dietary Requirements

Meals are made with organic and locally sourced ingredients, cooked fresh and shared around one long table. We will do our best to accommodate genuine dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances when communicated in advance via the booking form.

Personal preferences and last-minute changes may not always be possible to accommodate. Please be specific and honest about genuine allergies or intolerances so we can plan properly.
